  • Signs of over-consumption and signs of mental health or substance abuse disorder

Cannabis Foundations

This engaging and interactive course will help cannabis industry professionals develop a functional understanding of cannabis history, the ECS, cannabinoids, and terpenes in the context of compassionate and safe cannabis sales. 

  • Evidence-based learning sessions centered on the current cannabis science (ECS, cannabinoids, terpenes, etc.)
  • Skill and team building integration activities – agent/customer role playing, games to check competency, ECS upregulation breaks such as meditation and yoga
  • Product and COA/lab-testing education based on dispensary menu offerings
  • Each trainee will receive an Azalla Education Handbook to support learning
  • Certificate of Completion will be provided to all trainees once competency exam is passed
 
Our courses satisfy continuing education requirements of the CCC for licensed agents in Massachusetts to maintain compliance and employment.

If you’re new to cannabis, start here. Cannabis Foundations provides introductory, foundational information to help you get started on your cannabis learning path.

This online course is provider-approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, provider number 16845, for 2 contact hours.

Eloise Theisen, AGPCNP-BC, delivered this Protocol Guide Coaching Session on Monday, September 13, 2021 to explore Radicle Health’s Cannabinoid Protocol Guide and to apply its principles and concepts to practice. Every coaching session includes a deep dive into the assessment of a case study and the review of a potential cannabinoid profile and route of administration most likely to benefit the condition.

This course is designed to teach healthcare professionals and other cannabis stakeholders about using cannabis as a treatment modality.

7 Lessons – $39

Part 1 of the Cannabis for Chronic Pain module describes types of pain, the characteristics of each type, and common comorbidities. Part 2 focuses on the manner in which endocannabinoids and phytocannabinoids help address each type of pain.

 

4 Lessons – $29

This course describes the impact of cannabis on cardiovascular disease, whether cannabis contributes to cardiovascular disease, and the risks associated with using cannabis. The course reviews the literature and provides two case studies.

This module discusses the history, suspected causes, diagnosis criteria, and treatment guidelines for cannabinoid hyperemesis syndrome.
